COMPARISON OF CLINICAL EFFECTIVENESS OF NON-CONVENTIONAL THERAPEUTIC REMEDIES IN THE TREATMENT OF ARTHRITIS. PILOT STUDY
In this pilot study, homeopathic practitioners from the Homeopathic College of Canada and The International Academy of Homeopathy carried out a comparative study of the effectiveness of non-conventional remedies in the treatment of arthritis. Seventy (70) arthritic patients participated in the study
Results summary:
· 80% of Arthritic patients improved.
· 60% of the patients eliminated or reduced their anti-inflammatory, or painkiller drugs.
· 86.7% of the patients noticed partial to total elimination of pain.
· 80.0% of the patients noticed less stiffness and improved ability to move.
· 89.3% of the patients noticed that their energy and well being were markedly improved.
· 14.7% of the patients had total elimination of their symptomatology.
