This is one of those steps beyond the Western world's "Traditional Medicine."  Some are not ready for this step....some take it and don't even know what it is called.  I have seen people not understand and still gain from it.
    Before you think me out of common day reality, try...just try to absorb some of these sites and thinkings...make no judgments....and see what happens.....after all, it is not the destination but the journey.
