By ordering the CDSA Kit, you need to understand that any suggestions coming from this testing should be used in conjunction with a medical practitioner that knows your personal history and is willing to work with you.  NEWS does not encourage self medicating due to the complexity of this subject.  CDSA is one of many lab tests that may need to be done to elucidate the problems confronting you.  Many times it is where we start with our patients and often proves to be the most revealing test of existing pathology in the body.

CDSA Kit: Items included in the CDSA kit:

* Requisition and mode of payment sheet
* Stool collection equipment

1. Requisition Sheet:

* The requisition sheet will be signed by one of our physicians authorizing the test to be done.  We will be sent the results and will forward to you a copy of the test results with an interpretation, further suggested testing and current interventions suggested by your CDSA.
* You need to fill out the "Patient Information," and "Payment Information."
----The only mode of payment is check, money order, or credit card IN FULL. 
The cost is $255 (with additional billing of $10 per organism grown). 
----If payment is not included with the test sample, the test will not be evaluated.

* Kit contains: PLEASE NOTE:The liquids in the kits are poisonous and should be treated properly.  If you do not use the kit, take it to your healthcare provider for proper disposal.  If you spill the liquids on your skin, wash it off thoroughly with soap and water.  If accidentally ingested, call your poison control agency or your healthcare provider.
