Mind/Body Medicine

Mind/Body medicine may refer to the way our thoughts, emotions, as well as behaviors affect our health.  It also may refer to the mind/body interventions that we use to support health.
The National Institutes of Health counts mind/body medicine as a major category of alternative medicine.  Some of the most commonly used mind/body therapies are biofeedback, meditation, hypnosis, psychotherapy, visualization, and spiritual healing.  "Mindfulness," however, is a self practice that allows us to slow down and move with equanimity through a constantly changing world.
Following are some books and websites that perhaps will get you "thinking" about this vibration in the spectrum of health care!
